All our friends, advocates, leaders and family members past and present from Personal Advocacy Service, would like to thank Fr. Phong, Fr. Garner, Fr. Thi, Deacon Bruce, Readers, Acolytes, Parish Admin staff and volunteers, musicians, choir members and parishioners of St. Thomas More Parish, Bateman who all contributed towards making our 20th Anniversary celebration of the Adapted Liturgy on Sunday 28th October 2018, 11am mass so meaningful. Many parishioners came up to us at the end of the service to say how touched they were. Making all people welcome is a 2 way process and we are very blessed that the Community of St. Thomas More Parish is so welcoming and inclusive. Keep up the good work and ask the Holy Spirit for guidance. A special thanks to Angela McCarthy, Olivia Morais, Stephen McMahon and Juliana Doss who did so much behind the scenes. We couldn’t have done it without the help from everyone. PAS is an agency of the Catholic Archdiocese of Perth and provides support for people with varying degrees of intellectual disability to enable them to live more fully as active members of their local community. This is a wonderful opportunity to welcome and share in their gifts and talents.
