This will be a silent retreat, as we each explore more fully the gift of our inner spirit. Sessions will include exploring ‘Living in the Present Moment’; the ancient Christian/Catholic tradition of non-discursive meditation, the 16th century discursive meditation and a gift of the fruit of the Spirit (Gal. 5:22-23) becoming a part of daily life as we seek to deepen our ‘inner spirit’ awareness.
