Dear Parishioners,
Following feedback from parishioners, the columbarium construction plan has been revised and approved by the Project Committee and I have agreed to proceed to the next stage.
This means we have submitted the plans to Melville Shire Council for approval and then we will call for tender for the building of the columbarium.
A Columbarium Management Committee (CMC) has been formed and is now ready to take expressions of interest from parishioners for reservation of niches in the columbarium. Those interested in reserving a niche in the columbarium need to make a formal application by completing the form available in the church foyer. Please send the completed form to the attention of the CMC at the Parish Office (100 Dean Road, Bateman WA 6150).
Once the Columbarium Management Policy and fees for the niche are finalised, those who have expressed interest will be contacted to make a formal application for booking a niche.
