The word of God is sometimes complex and confusing, especially to our young ones. The Children’s liturgy group aims to demystify the Word of God (during mass) for children aged 4-12 by breaking down the text and relating it to their everyday life.
St Thomas More, Bateman Parish is planning to resume Children’s Liturgy to be held at the 10.00am Mass on Sundays.
We are looking for a coordinator to oversee a dedicated group of catechists who impart practical gospel lessons to the children. The content and resources are readily available and the previous coordinator will provide a thorough handover. If interested, please speak to Fr Phong about it.
