Our Lenten program for 2020 is “No Greater Love – A Biblical Walkthrough Christ’s
Passion” by Edward Sri. Filmed on location in the Holy Land, No Greater Love is a
five-part video series that reveals Christ’s amazing love for us. Edward Sri guides
you through the last hours of Christ’s life in this biblical pilgrimage. You will walk
step-by-step with Jesus from the Garden of Gethsemane to the Mount of Calvary.
Every step of the way, biblical experts reveal how Old Testament prophecies, messianic expectations, biblical symbolism, and historical context shed light on the
mystery of Christ’s suffering and death. With these insights, Catholics can come to
a deeper understanding and appreciation of God’s immeasurable and unconditional
love—drawing closer to Jesus than ever have before. There are five sessions as
part of this program:
Session 2: Tues 10th March 2020 – Are You the Christ?
Session 3: Tues 17th March 2020 – The Trial before Pilate
Session 4: Tues 24th March – The Death of the Messiah
Session 5: Tues 31st March 2020 – The Seven Last Words & Resurrection
Time: 7.00pm – 8.30 pm (Session 5 will be from 7 – 9pm)
Place: Bateman Parish Hall
